The Blackjack Cadillac doesn’t even need an intro. This sexy custom speaks for itself:
We started off this week with getting the rear body assembled and installed
We love the shape of this cart, and the rear body is no exception
Here we installed the front uprights and bumper for some test fitting
Next we installed the headlights
Here we have the rear basket, and uprights installed, this cart is starting to come together
Testing the LED lights
How cool are these going to be at night!
Chrome steering column and multi function switch installed
This caddy needed a wood steering wheel to go with the classy look! One of our clear SC Carts score card holders was a must for this golf machine
Cooler for the beverages…only water of course:)
A club and ball washer to keep the clubs shooting true and the balls flying straight!
While the guys were busy on the cart itself, it was time to machine the custom headliner
We decided to incorporate the speakers into the roof, wait until you see how these turn out! Now it’s up to the upholstery department to get covered in custom upholstery.
We then installed the roof, with the roof on there was something that just wasn’t working for us in the front end.
The first thing we did was remove the bumper and color match the bottom of the lights, that made a nice difference.
Then we decided the front end needed a custom valance, so back to the CNC machine!
The main valance cut out of 6061 T6 aluminum sheet
A test fit to see how it looks, we like it! But it needs a bit of dimension.
The Cadillac CTS, which this cart is modeled after has a body break down the middle of it, so that’s just what we did!
All welded up and blended out!
That’s better! Once it is color matched to the cart, and the final details to it are complete it is going to look factory!
Time to get it in the booth and painted!
This cart is turning out amazing, the best is yet to come when all the small details are completed! Don’t miss the next upload it’s going to be awesome!
Did you see part 2?
