Lifted Predator Ridge Build! *Part 3*

This awesome buggy is on the home stretch now, and we have to say it is turning out to be one amazing cart!

The SC Carts team has been busy working away on this custom and the hard work is paying off, this cart will be heading to it’s new home at Predator Ridge Resort this weekend!

Let’s get to it!

Here is the very high end Gel battery pack that will be installed in this buggy

The custom wheel and tire package was next to be installed, we aren’t done with these yet!

Next we moved onto the wiring, we installed our SC Carts voltage reducer

Here we are test fitting the custom LED driving lights to the bush bar

We have prepped the nerf bars for paint

In the booth and ready to get some color

but first we sealed them in epoxy sealer

Then we laid down the custom blue metallic and several coats of clear

While the parts dry in the booth it was time to get the rear underbody installed

Next we installed the front underbody and roof

Then the custom painted front cowl was next.

Next we installed the LED lights, this thing is looking cool!

The custom painted nerf bars were next, and they add just the right amount of blue

A tinted folding windshield will keep the wind out of the hair if needed!

This cart is coming along nicely and is just about complete, it is one cool looking machine! It will be heading home this week, just a couple more goodies to add and it’s on it’s way!
