This cart — OH THIS CART — is going to be another real looker when it hits the streets of Predator Ridge later this week! We really love seeing our customers’ color choices come together, and this cart is just awesome — from the copper penny paint to the custom golf cart seat upholstery, this cart is top notch. We’ll let you be the judge … check out the progress on the copper penny this past week:
Here is the House of Kolor copper penny paint drying in the booth. Notice how you can see the pearl on the corner of the main body. This is going to be awesome in the sun!
After a lot of masking the rims are finally ready to be painted.
Here they are in primer.
The headlight housings are getting the same treatment, so that they match the body perfectly.
How sweet do these look! Check out that copper penny color shine!
While everything dries in the booth we started prepping the cart for the body. Here we are installing a new light wiring harness.
We also upgraded the MCOR to the newest version from Club Car, for smooth responsive throttle control.
Look how great these lights look now that they are re assembled.
Here’s a close up of the copper penny paint with the body installed on the cart. This is one classy cart!
Taillights check! Bright LED taillights will ensure our customer is seen on those late evening trips home.
The front uprights are on and the main body is installed, it’s coming together now.
The SC Carts custom black and teak floor mat matches the color scheme perfectly.
Next on the list was the rear sweater basket and rear roof supports, for the monsoon roof.
Even though we still need to complete the custom headlight wiring harness we couldn’t resist setting the lights in place for a quick look. This is going to look amazing…and it’s the first of its kind!
Sand and seed holders, club and ball washer and cooler round out the golf accessories on the rear end.
Because of the cream upholstery this cart is getting the cream roof and we added a cream pinstripe to tie everything together.
Our customer opted for a matching cream bag cover without the window.
The tinted windshield adds a nice touch to the front of the cart.
Well we are just about there, some finishing touches, some custom wiring and getting the tires on the rims then it will be time to deliver this cart to it’s new home at Predator Ridge Resort. It will be going home this week, so if you can’t wait until next Tuesday to see the completed cart head to our Facebook Page later this week to see it completed and delivered!
