Welcome to part two of this awesome custom cart build! We are loving the colors on this Nautique Boat inspired cart.
After we left you last week, we got to work on the following:
The body and cowl went into the paint booth to get three custom colors added… the silver really sparkles!
After we left the paint booth, we headed to back into the shop to start the reassembly process. The first step was adding the light kit.
Next we added the deck and amp for the golf cart’s stereo system. This thing is going to rock!
Things start to come together quickly at this point. Once the front components of the stereo were added, we installed the rear sub and the custom steering wheel, as well as mounted the body and cowl, and added the custom pinstripes – can you spot them? Hint: There is a fat black pinstripe and a silver pinstripe.
Once the rear seat was installed, we installed all of the custom diamond upholstery as well as the floor mat and the roof.
This custom SC Carts floor mat was matched to the customer’s boat interior which is just like this:
Oh this is coming along so nicely! The 14″ machined and black golf cart rims with no lift sure look excellent in our oh so humble opinion. 😉
The 4 – 12 volt US batteries were installed and torked to spec next.
Check back in next week to see this golf cart on 14″ rims get wakeboard and surf board racks. This is going to be one hot custom golf cart at the West Harbor Resort in Kelowna, BC!
Missed last weeks post? Here is first part.
