SC Carts Electric Resort Beast *Part 2*

Well the pressure is on, this cart is leaving our SC Carts facility in 4 days!!!

We have lots to get done, so the late nights will continue.

We started the day with some prepped bodies ready for sealer.

Next we laid down to coats of sealer in preparation for the custom silver paint!

While the sealer was drying we got this monster up on our new lift table, and tore the front end apart for our inspection. We then added the 6" drop spindle lift kit!

While we were at that front of the cart we decided to install this awesome HID light kit! This light package is super bright, and becoming more and more popular.

With the front end all buttoned up it was time to move onto the rear. As you can see, the refurbishing process is very important, although not completely worn out, it is time to replace these brake pads and put the rear Club Car drums on our lathe to clean them up.

While we are doing the brakes, we will be installing the rear HD suspension, with the new rear bushings as well!
