Another whirlwind week has gone by and this Harley Davidson Precedent is really taking shape!
We are working hard to get it completed and off to it’s new home!
Check out the progress this week.
We pick up where we left off last week, back in the paint booth masking this awesome paint job.
Harley sure knew what they were doing with this color combination! It looks amazing under several layers of clear.
While the clear coat dried on the main Precedent body, we installed the new US Battery, battery pack.
This sure brings the paint scheme together. The silver pinstripe and Harley decal give it a sweet custom look. Also notice the Turf Tunes sub!
Check out the Turf Tunes stereo installation…super clean!
Because this electric buggy is actually going to be used for plowing snow, we had to install a set of custom off road lights. This will allow the light to pass over the plow, and when the plow isn’t on it gives it a really cool look!
This work horse is getting a sweet work box, and we upgraded it for the customer. We have the same box on our SC Carts shop cart and it is awesome.
Here is a rear view of this box, also notice the two large spot lights. These are amazing for late night plowing, or if you have to light up a project you are working on at night!
We got the front cowl masked and hung in the paint booth to get that magic Harley orange laid down.
Here is it before the clear coat.
Coming together nicely now!
We installed the front tinted windscreen, this will keep the bugs out on those summer night cruises. Next we have to remove the off road lights and make the custom support brackets.
To add a little style to this already amazing machine, we added some custom Harley stitching to the seats.
Of course this beauty is getting one of our SC Carts custom Precedent floor mats!
That was a very successful week on this machine. Come back next week when do the custom fabrication work for the plow and lights, then wrap it up and deliver it to it’s new home!
