SC Carts Harley Davidson Plow Cart build

We are finally getting to build this amazing workhorse, our two great customers (husband and wife) have been patiently waiting for it to be their turn in line. The time has finally come and this cart is sure to please our new customers and our blog followers.

This cart is being built to transport them around their neighborhood, bring their shopping and groceries up the narrow area their vehicle won’t fit, and it will also be used to clear snow in the winter. Did we mention that it will all be in style!!!

After our experience with our own SC Carts plow cart we decided to upgrade our customers lift kit to a kit better designed to take the extra weight of the plow upfront.

Here is the new front end all installed. It will lend itself very nicely to the custom plow mount we will be building for this machine.

Here is the drum reinstalled. Also you can see our SC Carts custom overload suspension. We like to do this on carts that will be used for work but will not be hauling people in the back. It still gives a good load capability, but also still has a nice smooth ride.
