This build has been taken up to the next level once again! It is coming to a close, and some of the coolest features have been saved for last.
Check out this amazing electric buggy and all the cool features. We just love when customers let us get creative on their custom carts.
Here we installed a locking carbon dash to keep the customers belongings safe while he is out cruising on the water and his cart is on the beach.
Next we ran some wire up the roof supports.
Then we installed an RF brain box under the rear Club Car underbody.
From there we ran some more wire, a lot more wire!
We then installed the rear Precedent underbody.
While we were at it we moved onto the front underbody finish up that area.
We then installed the rear Precedent body and installed the LED taillights.
With the rear body installed it was time to move onto this awesome new rear seat kit! It is fully rotationally molded with aluminum supports.
Next we installed the rear roof supports and you guessed! Ran some more wires. Then we installed the LED accent lights! Finally all the wiring made sense.
We even installed 3 lights under the rear foot rest. That made a total of 11 LED accent lights on this awesome buggy! And did we mention they are all controlled via a remote fob! These lights can be turned on from 2000ft away!!! So when our customer is cruising back to the dock late at night he can hit his key fob and the cart will light up on shore.
With the roof supports installed it was time to put a cap on the project with a brand new OEM Club Car Precedent roof.
Our customer has a cool John Deere tractor and he wanted some accents of green on his cart. So we installed some JD green pinstripes.
No SC Carts custom cart would be complete without the SC Carts custom grill.
We moved to the back of the cart and drilled a hole and installed a grommet.
Then we fed the air hose line through the grommet.
We ordered the rear seat kit specifically for the fact that it had a trap door in the back. Our customer wanted a place to store his cooler so it wasn’t in the way when we was hauling guests or stuff down to the lake.
Keeping true to our Club Car loyalty, we fabricated a custom dual cooler rack. The idea behind this was to be able to have one cooler for beverages and the other for snacks and sandwiches.
You could not get a better fit if you had planned it 🙂 Two Club Car coolers with our custom bracket fit perfectly in the opening.
From the rear of the cart they look like they belong!
This awesome build is not quite done, so come back next week to check out what other cool tricks we have up our sleeves!!!
In the meantime check out part 5 if you haven’t had a chance.
