WOW!!! What a week here at the SC Carts shop. We have been working like crazy to get our customers their carts on time.
We are super thrilled with the way this amazing cart turned out. Check it out here and also head to our Facebook page to see some more awesome photos of this serious machine.
The body is prepped and ready for some sealer.
We laid down some black sealer to ensure a nice even top coat on the Precedent body.
Next it was time to wet sand the sealer to give it a perfect finish.
If you look close you can see the tail section of Club Car body has been painted in black base coat. We also added a little metallic silver to the tail section.
Here is a can of pure awesome!!! House of Kolor Orion silver!!!
This stuff is one of the coolest silvers you can buy!
We sprayed down several coats of the HOK Orion and this golf cart hood looks fantastic!
After several coats of clear you can see how deep deep this paint really is.
Now it was time to mask the main golf cart body.
The body is in the paint booth with the tail section all masked off.
Again we laid down the amazing Orion silver.
With the Orion silver almost dry we peeled off the masking paper. Now it is time for clear!
While the body dries we moved onto installing the 14″ HD3 rims with the 23″ blade EFX tires. Look how small the factory tire is.
Ahhh that looks better. The cart has an awesome stance with this lift and wheel package.
Of course this buggy is getting the US Battery 8 volts and 4 gauge wires.
Next we installed the amazing body.
Then we installed the front cowl. This cart is really starting to shape up.
This cart is not just a show piece but it is actually going to be put to work hauling people!
Here is the custom diamond stitched upholstery. You couldn’t ask for a better color combination for everything.
We finished off the front of the cart with one of our custom SC Carts grills. We then installed the custom painted roof.
Another awesome cart designed by our customer.
You can’t help but love how this Club Car Precedent turned out. It’s hard to believe that this started as a plain golf cart.
The front end looks mean with the a arm suspension lift and the SC Carts grill, not to mention the aggressive tires.
These 14″ wheels and 23″ tires are an awesome choice for this cart.
Another shot of this beautiful custom golf cart.
Well what a machine this turned out to be. We know the new owner is going to be thrilled to receive it and extremely proud to cruise around with it.
Check out part 2 of this build if you haven’t had the chance to!
