Another busy week has past, 10 carts left the SC Cart facility last week! We are smoking busy and thankful for such awesome customers.
We made some great progress on this soon to be awesome Precedent.
With the new front 6″ lift kit installed we moved to the back and started in on that portion of the lift. Here you can see we supported the golf cart frame and raised the rear diff off of the leaf springs.
Next we removed the factory leaf springs and installed the HD rear springs. This cart is getting a rear seat and these springs are sure to carry the weight.
We do one side at a time, this ensures the rear diff doesn’t spin on us. Here you can see how much lower the lift kit makes the diff.
Here is the lift block installed. This is a beefy setup!
Here we have cleaned and inspected the Club Car rear brake system.
With the rear brakes overhauled we installed the freshly painted rear drums.
Now that the lift kit is installed we added a bit of light to the front end! This will light up the trail home.
The rims and tires were special order and didn’t make the truck this trip, so the sweet factory tires got reinstalled. The cart then got moved onto the shop floor.
Now we detailed and refinished the dash area!
Here the rear underbody of the Precedent got installed.
We then installed the front underbody.
Now to add a bit of flash to the cart! The custom steering wheel and column package is a very popular option, and for good reason!
Alright that is all the magic for this week! We are just starting to get to the good stuff so be sure to come back next week and see this beauty come together.
