SC Carts Albertan Speedster build! *PART 4*

It has been an amazing week, both in the shop and in the office. The carts are looking amazing and the orders are coming in daily!

This little speedster is such a great looking machine! Although it takes a tremendous amount of time and prep to paint the cart like this, it is all worth it in the end!

Have a look at this Precedent and you will have to agree it is one sweet custom golf cart!

While the roof dries we started on the final assembly of the cart.

The main Precedent body, the sweater basket and the roof uprights were all added. The black really gives the cart a speedster look!

Next we installed the custom seat backrest. Notice also the over sized cooler for all those refreshing beverages on the links!

The custom painted roof was dry and we installed it to top of this color matched golf machine.

To power the speedster we installed the US Battery 12 volt batteries. These batteries offer tremendous range and also come with the easy to open speedcaps which make watering a breeze! Also you can see the specialty protection film that we add to the carts in the high wear areas.

Because this cart is going to be more then just a show piece we wanted to add some protection to the bag well.

Here is the finished product, we use a special textured spray to ensure this area can take the abuse of the bags.

Next we added the color matched rocker panels. Now you can really see this beauty coming together.

To keep the motor under this speedster a secret we installed the rear access panel.

To light up the night we installed an upgraded HID headlight package, it gives off the same bright white light you would find on the likes of Mercedes, BMW and Jaguars.

There rear lighting is handled with these perfectly designed rear LED lights.

The headlight, taillights, horn and signals for this electric cart are all controlled by this automotive style column mounted control.

  1. Wow this is an unbelievable build out, I can hardly wait for the inaugural round. With all the rubberneckers I better get my game polished up!

    When you bring these carts out to Red Deer are they traveling in an enclosed trailer?

      It is turning out to be one amazing cart! Yes you bet we will be traveling with all the carts in our enclosed trailer! With the speed yours goes we may just drive it there to save on fuel 🙂
