This is a cool build for a customer in BC that will be using it at his resort property in the USA. This cart is designed to look like an off road buggy but will be used to cruise around the customers resort community. He will be using it to cruise between his home and boat and go for food and drinks.
Our customer wanted the cart to match his boat and his truck, check this one it out its going to be one mean machine.
This cart starts up on the SC Carts operating table by getting a 6″ drop spindle lift kit.
Next we got the rear of the cart in the air and prepared the new Club Car heavy duty rear leaf springs.
With the new HD rear suspension installed we installed the 6″ rear lift blocks and mounted the rear end.
With the sweet custom wheel kit that the customer requested on this cart we need to add wheel adapters. Here is what one of the billet aluminum adapters look like installed on the Club Car rear axle.
After we installed all 4 wheel adapters it was time to install these incredible 14″ Kore M20 wheels with 23″ rubber.
To provide some light on those late night cruises we installed the Club Car Precedent light kit.
If someone gets in the way of these beast our customer can give them a fair warning with this chromed out horn!
This cart is also getting our full road ready kit so we added the brake light pedal switch.
We cleanly routed the brake switch wire and also all the internal wires that go under the floor.
With the drive components completed we pulled this electric monster off the table.
Here it is sitting on it’s new off road shoes and looking mean! It is lined up with a couple more of the current builds all patiently waiting their turn in line.
Our upholstery department has been going full steam ahead keeping up with our customers awesome requests. Here are these beautiful seats for the cart. There are matching rear seats as well. These seats were built to match the interior of the customers new Mastercraft wakeboard boat.
Make sure to book mark this page as you are going to want to see this build all the way through to completion.
