Welcome back we have made some more progress on our long term build. Some of the cool features are starting to get installed on this beauty!
Here we up sized the holes in the Precedent frame.
Next we ran some wiring in the frame an connected the LED lights.
Here are the LED lights flush mounted into the aluminum Precedent frame.
Here we are testing to ensure all the wiring is done correctly. Look how clean the LED’s look installed.
We then flipped this beast over and got it on the operating table!
We gave the front end the SC Carts refurbishing treatment…looks awesome!
Next we installed the front discs for the upgraded hydraulic brake system, along with the 6″ lift kit.
This buggy is going to need all the stopping power it can get and this braking system is just the answer!
The calipers complete the front end of this hydraulic golf cart brake system!
Time to install the bad boy rubber! This is the 12″ HD3 wheel with the STI 23″ rubber! This is the first set of HD3 with the offroad tires in Canada!
Here we positioned the rear under the new HD suspension with the lift blocks in place.
We then lowered the cart onto the rear end and fastened it to the HD suspension.
Here is one of the rear brake systems after we do a full refurbish on it.
We installed the Precedent drum after it got it’s fresh coat of paint.
Next we lifted the rear of the Club Car in the air to make way for the custom rear golf cart tires!
And here is the beast on all fours. This is turning out to be one wicked cart!
Dim the lights and hit the LED’s! How cool is this! A super clean under body light package.
Here’s a shot from underneath the Precedent. These little LED’s are super bright.
A shot from the rear of the cart. Imagine how cool this is going to look sitting out by the dock.
Alright that’s it for this week, check back next week to see what we are up to.
