Another Tuesday closer to summer!!! We are back with this really cool Ford F150 inspired Club Car Precedent build. This electric buggy is looking fantastic!
Let’s get going!
Here we prepped the Precedent body for the primer sealer.
The Club Car body in primer and ready for the color!
The color! What an awesome color for this custom Club Car Precedent!
Look at how sweet this metallic paint looks on the Precedent body! 3 coats of clear makes this color look deep.
We went through the same process with the Precedent front cowl, and it looks equally brilliant!
With the paint curing we installed the Precedent rear underbody.
Then we installed the front under body and and the Club Car front roof supports.
With the main Precedent body paint cured we added a bit of a factory look with some double black pinstripes.
We also added some 3m clear film protector where the seat opens and closes. This will stop the seat from wearing through the paint when it is opened and closed. You have to look close to see the line.
Next we installed the freshly painted body, the Club Car sweater basket and rear roof uprights. This color combination with the black looks awesome!
Next we added one of our SC Carts custom front grills with the silver SC Carts logo to tie it in with the silver and black wheels!
We removed the protective plastic from the grill and stood back to snap this picture of the overall cart.
Another shot of this amazing looking Precedent and the custom 14″ STI wheel and tire package. We also added the folding windscreen.
That’s a wrap for this week! This cart is progressing very nicely. Next we have to complete the custom upholstery, get the roof painted and then we are waiting for a couple custom finishing pieces to set the cart off!
Check out how we make the custom grills on our Facebook page!
Come back next week, when we have more on this awesome Precedent build!
