We are back with the second part of this cool SC Carts build. We are still waiting on some of the flashy parts of the build to arrive, so we worked on getting the cart ready for when the new parts arrive.
With the 3″ lift kit installed we added brand new wheels hubs to the spindles.
We wanted to get this cart off the lift so we installed this tire and wheel package temporarily as the actual wheel and tire package has not yet arrived.
We then installed the OBC to and finished up a bit more of the factory wiring.
With the Club Car on the ground we installed the freshly detailed Precedent underbody.
We then moved onto the front underbody and installed that as well.
With the front Precedent underbody installed we moved to front roof uprights and installed those.
One of the little extras that this sweet Club Car Precedent is getting is a roof mounted stereo system. Here you can see we have ran the wiring and protected it with loom. We use this location to run the wiring as it will be virtually invisible when the cart is all together.
This is where the stereo wiring exits the front roof support. We will be ready to wire it once the stereo mount arrives.
We have cleaned and detailed the sweater basket in preparation for a couple handy items.
What SC Carts custom golf cart is complete without a cooler and club/ball washer!
That is it for this week, once the parts arrive we will be going full blast on this cart. Next week we will be tackling the custom paint job on this cart, you won’t want to miss it. At $650 a pint for the paint its sure to impress.
Come back next week, also check out the first part to this build
