Welcome back, we have the completion of this super useful Club Car Precedent and little aluminum work trailer.
Here we are test fitting backrest supports.
After the test fit, and sitting in the seats, we weren’t happy with how far forward this Club Car Precedent box kit pushed the seat back forward.
So we cut the bracket apart to allow us to change the angle and position of the seat.
With a bit of welding and a fresh coat of paint we have the Precedent seat back positioned perfectly!
We then marked the box location and installed it with the larger stainless steel hardware.
Here you can really see the cart coming together nicely.
With the roof on we plugged the cart in to give the new US Batteries their first charge.
With the cart almost complete we got back to work on the little Precedent utility trailer. We sheared and welded in the expanded aluminum mesh.
The expanded mesh looks great, so we moved on to adding the tool support bar.
We then installed the wood floor and gave the trailer a test fit! Plenty of room for all the tools, and still room for another trash can and mower.
We installed the custom hitch and roof mounted holders and took the Club Car Precedent work cart for a spin.
This cart Club Car is ready to work and with the trailer you can haul everything you need to get your maintenance job done.
This Precedent turned out awesome!
It’s great to get to build these types of carts that are really going to be put to work. This really shows the diversity of what an SC Cart can be used for.
If you missed the first part of this build check it out!
