Here’s a classic looking cart, our customer forwarded us a picture of the color for this cart from an old classic car, so we went with the theme.
This turned out to be one clean resort cruiser!
We start this project with a pressure washed and fully disassembled Precedent.
Here the underbody components are just back from pressure washing and ready to be installed after the cart goes through it’s inspections.
With the Club Car up in the air we inspected the rear drive line.
The drums have been cleaned and painted!
Again, the SC Carts inspection, shows how important the refurbishing process is. Here we have a failed front hub. We removed it and installed a new one.
Another part of the SC Carts inspection is ensuring to test the electrical components, on this particular cart we found that the MCOR was needing to be changed.
This cart was ordered with a light kit, after the light kit installation we installed the underbody components.
Here is the body, with it’s classic gray paint!
Nothing sets off a cart like a custom painted roof, in this case gloss black was the color of choice for this Precedent!
Out of the paint booth and onto the waiting cart, the custom paint looks great!
Roof, supports and windscreen installed. This resort cruiser is coming together.
To cap it all off (pardon the pun) we installed the gloss black roof.
The rear of the cart will be seen with the LED taillight kit.
Our SC Carts custom upholstery finishes our custom carts of nicely. The added comfort is awesome as well!
Our customer wanted a custom grill for this cart, so we will built something a bit different. Check out our Facebook page to see it!
