We are back with the Alberta family build! This cart turned out awesome and is going to serve this family extremely well for many years to come!
Follow along and we will show you the completion of this classy resort buggy.
Here you can see the first coat of paint laid down, what a classy color.
Here is the front cowl, the deep gloss really makes the Club Car Precedent cowling shine.
Here is the main body in flat light.
Look how sweet this pearl looks under light. This is going to be one head turning buggy!
With the body painted it was time to dress up the steering column with a polished sleeve.
You can’t have a polished column without a cool steering wheel.
Time to start bringing this Club Car together with the body.
Here is a bit of different pinstripe, it really finishes the cart off nicely.
Like all of our resort carts, we added taillights to this bad boy!
This cart is also getting a very useful rear flip seat. Look how rich this paint looks with the black trim.
The tan upholstery fits perfectly with this color.
We installed a wear strip on the main body where the seat pivots. This will stop any chipping of paint when the seat is opened.
The rear seat and front seat upholstery is really bringing the electric cart together.
Time to “top” it off with the tan roof.
The very popular 5 panel mirror gives great rear visibility.
The tinted windscreen really finishes off this classy cart.
Time to take it outside and make sure it handles as good as it looks.
The color can really look different in different lights. That’s what really makes these custom carts standout.
A quick last minute wheel and tire change, and this is one slick looking electric buggy. Hard to believe how it started it out.
Our customer has younger children and wanted something simple for them to be able to hold onto. This removable bar does just the trick.
Well I guess that is another machine done! It’s really hard to put enough emphasis on how classy this Precedent is in person. Just a great package.
If you haven’t had a chance to see how this cart started check out part one.
