We had two couples approach us who are friends and both own resort properties at La Casa Lake Resort in Fintry BC Canada.
They both needed carts that would haul them and their gear around the resort, to their boats, for dinner and to many of the other cool amenities at this great resort.
What we found out is that there needs were identical, which meant their carts are also identical (we will do a little something to set them apart)
So we are starting with a pair of identical 2005 Club Car Precedents.
Here we begin the tear down, rotating between both carts in a production format.
Both customers wanted black carts, so we will not be painting these carts as we have two black bodies that will be cleaned and polished.
Here is the first carts front end all detailed and inspected.
The customers both went with some very nice 8″ wheel covers, these are an excellent choice.
We moved onto the back and did our standard brake inspection and detailing.
Here is the second side complete and looking great.
With the drums clean they were ready to go back on.
Second side complete and we are ready to install wheels.
It’s coming together nicely now. These 8″ wheel covers look fantastic.
We lowered the lift so we could install the read underbody and run the taillight wiring back in place.
A must for any resort cart is the headlight and taillight package.
Here is the black body installed and looking sharp.
Again both customers went with the folding rear seat kit that turns into a box with tailgate. A great idea for their needs.
This particular customer has a lime green wakeboard boat so we thought adding green pinstripes would be the perfect touch to set the twin carts apart.
We installed the roof supports and the white roof.
The white upholstery brings it together very nicely.
The rear taillights and rear white upholstery really finishes off the back end of this cart.
We installed the folding windscreen and this cart is ready for final detailing, then it will be put in the delivery trailer ready for delivery with it’s partner later this week.
Cart number two freshly pressure washed and the front end completely inspected and detailed.
This cart also gets our standard brake inspection, and detailing.
The second side completed and looking equally good to the first side.
Drums cleaned and installed.
Side two buttoned up and ready to accept wheels.
Here it is sitting on it’s own rubber! Looking sharp.
Again we cannot state enough how much the light package helps at a resort setting.
That’s all for this time. Check back next when both of these carts are completed and delivered to their new homes!
