We are back on this Harley inspired build. This week we have made some good progress.
With the cart stripped it was ready to get the SC Carts pressure wash!
Another angle of this soon to be clean gas Precedent.
Here is another shot just before the pressure wash.
Ahhhh! That’s better, now it looks like the 2012 Club Car Precedent that it is suppose to be.
The 6″ drop spindles are in place with the cleaned hubs.
Here is the 14″ front rim and tire package. The customer wants to use this cart for golf as well, so we needed to ensure the tires were course compliant.
It’s always cool to see the height difference as we transform these carts from stock golf buggies to lifted beasts.
Here it is lifted, with the jack stands for safety.
Our standard SC Carts break clean and inspection.
Everything looks and operates perfectly after we finish the cleaning and inspection process.
A good clean, scuff and paint, ensures these drums will be rust free for a long time.
Here is the massive 6″ lift blocks installed on the rear end.
With the rear tires on we are making some good progress and starting to see the cart really coming together.
Here is a side short with the polished steering column and custom steering wheel installed. These columns always add a nice touch.
Here is the carbon fiber dash installed, it ties in perfectly with the design of this cart.
The custom steering wheel also has some carbon fiber inserts to bring everything together.
This carts really coming together now! Check back next week to see some major progress.
Make sure to check out the start of this sweet buggy build.
