precedent2-5 SC Carts 09 Club Car Precedent Golf Cart Build *Part 3*

Were excited to say that this beautiful cart has found a new home! It has been shipped to Rochester NY, where it will be used to commute around the new owners office complex! Check out how we packed it up.

First we had to build an extremely strong base pallet. We design our pallets so that the wheels drop in to the spacing between the boards. This helps to keep the cart from moving during its long journey.

Once we are happy with the bottom pallet, we protect both sides with OSB wood, and then build a frame between both sides to ensure it is strong. We also ensure that the pallet is longer then the cart. Building the pallet this way ensures that the forklifts cannot ram into any part of the cart.

Next it is time to load it in the back of the pick up to bring it to the freight forwarder.
