Starting to install the front end components, these parts have also been refinished in factory black paint.

We now have the upper and lower a arms installed along with the front body support.

 We tied the rear end together with the bumper and leaf spring hangars

We even refinished the brake drums; these were sanded and painted in factory black.

 This cart is getting a rear seat kit so we have opted to install a set of heavy duty leaf springs.

Next, we are installing a 6" lift to allow for the 14" rim and tire package.

Lining up the rear end with the new lift kit, also you can see the new speed sensor (wires) installed on the motor.

Here we have installed the rear under body the battery box, the steering column, the electronics and we have ran the wiring for the front and rear light kit

We now installed the pedal group, and adjusted the brakes correctly
